The respondents based theirclaim to the land on a certificate of Right of Occupancy issued to them either orIst April 1978 or 29 th May 1978 by the Directorate of Land Development Services.The offer of the right of occupancy to the land was communicated to them on 29 thMay 1978 and was accepted on the same day.
