If the product becomes wet, leave itunpacked. Wipe down, clean, and dry the product(at not more than 40 °C/ 104°F), transport case,foam inserts, and accessories. Pack up the equipmentonly when it is perfectly dry.When using the product in the field always close thetransport case.Batteries• Refer to Technical Data for information aboutstorage temperature range.• A storage temperature range of 0°C to +20°C /+32°F to +68°F in a dry environment is recommendedto minimize self-discharging of thebattery.• At the recommended storage temperaturerange, batteries containing a 10% to 50%charge can be stored for up to one year. Afterthis storage period the batteries must berecharged.• Remove batteries from the product and thecharger before storing.• After storage recharge batteries (NiMH) beforeusing.• Protect batteries from damp and wetness.
