PointsearchPointsearch is a global function used by applicationsto e.g. find internally saved measured or fixedpoints.It is possible for the user to limit the point search toa particular job or to search the whole storage.The search procedure always finds fixed pointsbefore measured points that fulfill the same searchcriteria. If several points meet the search criteria,then the points are listed according to their age. Wildcard searchThe Wildcard search is indicated by a "*". Theasterisk is a place holder for any following sequenceof characters.Wildcards are always used if the point number is notfully known, or if a batch of points is to be searchedfor.*1 All points of any length with a "1" as the secondcharacter are found (e.g.: A1, B12, A1C).A*1 All points of any length with an "A" as the firstcharacter and a "1" as the third character arefound.
