<strong>Regional</strong> Supplem<strong>en</strong>tary <strong>Procedures</strong> NAT 6-56.2.7.3 Separation minima betwe<strong>en</strong> moving temporary airspace reservations and other aircraft6.2.7.3.1 Lateral separation shall be:a) 110 km (60 NM) betwe<strong>en</strong> the track of an aircraft operating under the control of the ATC unit concernedand the closest track of any of the aircraft for which the airspace is reserved, provided all aircraft meetthe MNPS requirem<strong>en</strong>ts and a portion of the route of the aircraft is within, above or below MNPSairspace; orb) 110 km (60 NM) betwe<strong>en</strong> the track of an aircraft operating under the control of the ATC unit concernedand the track of a formation flight for which the airspace has be<strong>en</strong> reserved, provided at least oneaircraft in the formation and the aircraft operating under the control of the ATC unit meet the MNPSrequirem<strong>en</strong>ts and a portion of the route of the aircraft is within, above or below MNPS airspace; orc) 223 km (120 NM) betwe<strong>en</strong> the track of an aircraft operating under the control of the ATC unitconcerned and the closest track of any of the aircraft for which the airspace is reserved, except that inthe New York OCA west of 60°W, 167 km (90 NM) may be applied.6.2.7.4 Separation minima betwe<strong>en</strong> stationary temporary airspace reservations and other aircraft6.2.7.4.1 Lateral separation shall be:a) 56 km (30 NM) betwe<strong>en</strong> the track of an aircraft operating under the control of the ATC unit concernedor as part of a moving airspace reservation and the nearest limit of the reserved airspace, provided theaircraft meets the MNPS requirem<strong>en</strong>ts and a portion of the route of the aircraft is within, above orbelow MNPS airspace and the requesting ag<strong>en</strong>cy has guaranteed to confine its activities to therequested airspace; orb) 110 km (60 NM) betwe<strong>en</strong> the track of an aircraft operating under the control of the ATC unit concernedor as part of a moving airspace reservation and the nearest limit of the reserved airspace, provided theaircraft meets the MNPS requirem<strong>en</strong>ts and a portion of the route of the aircraft is within, above orbelow MNPS airspace and the requesting ag<strong>en</strong>cy has not guaranteed to confine its activities to therequested airspace; orc) 110 km (60 NM) betwe<strong>en</strong> the track of an aircraft operating under the control of the ATC unit concernedor as part of a moving airspace reservation and the nearest limit of the reserved airspace, wh<strong>en</strong> theaircraft does not meet the MNPS requirem<strong>en</strong>ts and the requesting ag<strong>en</strong>cy has guaranteed to confineits activities to the requested airspace, except that in the New York OCA west of 60°W, 84 km (45 NM)may be applied; ord) 223 km (120 NM) betwe<strong>en</strong> the track of an aircraft operating under the control of the ATC unitconcerned or as part of a moving airspace reservation and the nearest limit of the reserved airspace,wh<strong>en</strong> the aircraft does not meet the MNPS requirem<strong>en</strong>ts and the requesting ag<strong>en</strong>cy has notguaranteed to confine its activities to the requested airspace, except that in the New York OCA west of60°W, 167 km (90 NM) may be applied.30/11/07
