Regional Supplementary Procedures PAC 4-34.1.2.2 Basic RNP 1Nil.4.1.2.3 Advanced RNP 1Nil.4.2 REDUCED VERTICAL SEPARATION MINIMUM (RVSM)Area of applicability4.2.1 RVSM shall be applicable in that volume of airspace between FL 290 and FL 410 inclusive in the followingFIRs:Anchorage Arctic, Anchorage Continental, Anchorage Oceanic, Auckland Oceanic, Easter Island, LosAngeles, Nadi, Oakland, Oakland Oceanic, Seattle, Tahiti and Vancouver.Means of compliance(A2 – Chapter 5 and Appendix 3; A6, Part I – Chapters 3, 4 and 7;A6, Part II – Chapters 3 and 7; A8, Part IIIA – Chapter 8; A11 – Chapter 2)4.2.2 Operators intending to conduct flights within the PAC Region where RVSM is applied shall require anRVSM approval either from the State of Registry or the State of the Operator. The State of Registry or the State of theOperator, as appropriate, should verify that the height-keeping performance capability of approved aircraft meets therequirements specified in Annex 6, Parts I and II._____________________30/11/07
