EUR 2-6<strong>Regional</strong> Supplem<strong>en</strong>tary <strong>Procedures</strong>2.3.2 Am<strong>en</strong>dm<strong>en</strong>ts(P-ATM – Chapter 11)2.3.2.1 Any changes to the EOBT of more than 15 minutes for any IFR flight within the IFPZ shall becommunicated to the IFPS.2.3.2.2 Wh<strong>en</strong> an individual flight plan (FPL) or a repetitive flight plan (RPL) has be<strong>en</strong> filed but it is decided, within4 hours of EOBT, to use an alternative routing betwe<strong>en</strong> the same aerodromes of departure and destination, either amodification message (CHG) may be s<strong>en</strong>t or alternatively:a) a cancellation message (CNL) with priority “DD” shall be s<strong>en</strong>t to IFPS;b) not less than 5 minutes after s<strong>en</strong>ding the CNL message, a replacem<strong>en</strong>t flight plan (RFP) in the form ofan FPL with id<strong>en</strong>tical call sign shall be transmitted;c) the RFP shall contain, as the first elem<strong>en</strong>t of Item 18, the indication “RFP/Qn”, where RFP signifies“Replacem<strong>en</strong>t Flight Plan” and “n” is “1” for the first replacem<strong>en</strong>t, “2” for the second replacem<strong>en</strong>t, andso on; andd) the last RFP shall be filed at least 30 minutes before EOBT.Note.— The submission of a replacem<strong>en</strong>t flight plan is normally accepted as fulfilling a State’s requirem<strong>en</strong>tfor advance notification of flight (diplomatic clearance).2.4 REPETITIVE FLIGHT PLANS (RPLs)(P-ATM – Chapter 16 and App<strong>en</strong>dix 2)Note.— Detailed provisions for the handling of RPLs within the IFPZ are specified in the EUROCONTROL“Basic CFMU Handbook”.2.4.1 In order to avoid a disproportionate workload on ATS units, RPLs will not be accepted for any flightconducted on 25 December. On this day, individual flight plans shall be filed for all flights.2.4.2 All operators filing RPLs shall include, in Item Q of the RPL, all equipm<strong>en</strong>t and capability information inconformity with Item 10 of the flight plan. This includes appropriate indicators/designators as specified in 2.1.2.1, 2.1.2.2,2.1.5.1 and 2.1.8.1.2.4.3 Wh<strong>en</strong> there is a change of equipm<strong>en</strong>t or capability for a flight which is subject to an RPL, a modificationmessage (CHG) for the day of operation shall be s<strong>en</strong>t not earlier than 20 hours before the estimated EOBT.2.4.4 Similarly, other changes, delays, or cancellations for the day of operation shall be s<strong>en</strong>t not earlier than20 hours before the EOBT._____________________30/11/07
