Usually optimum variant of technology ischoosen on the basis of the physical and chemical data about the processes leadingto a required material, but the data are accumulated fragmentary. For fulloptimization it is necessary to gather the information about functionalФr Ф s{ Z r X r( Y r= ⎡⎣[ g r])⎤⎦} , where Ф r and Z r – set of the properties characterizing amaterial in the conditions of use and on output of the reactor, X r rand Y – propertiesof substance particles and medium surrounding them in reactor volume,g r – parameters characterizing a design and an operating mode of the reactor.rFunctional Ф assumes accumulation of the necessary information step by step:rФ=Ф KФK Ф , where Ф riis functional property of substance1.
