For the two phase model, with noolefin readsorption, due to the internal dynamics of the system and the phase split,two α-values are observed inside the reactor; an “ASF”-like distribution for the totalflow distribution, identical to the single-phase model, is observed, as expected. Whenolefin readsorption is significant, the behaviour changes for both the internal andexternal dynamics of the system. More than one α-value is observed for both theparaffin and olefin distributions internally and for the outlet flow.393
