PP-<strong>II</strong>-3INVESTIGATION OF CONCURRENT PROCESSES OF HEATEXCHANGE AND CHEMICAL TRANSFORMATION IN CASCADEREACTORS WHEN SYNTHESIZING BUTADIENE RUBBER ONCOBALT AND NEODYMIUM- CONTAINING CATALYST SYSTEMSAminova G.A., Ignashina T.V., Manujko G.V., Diakonov G.S.The Kazan state technological university, Kazan, Russia, a_guzel@mail.ruMaintaining of necessary temperature in reactors of the cascade in processsolution polymerizations will reduce in deriving rubber with controllable molecularmassperformances and, as a corollary, with the given processing behavior. With thepurpose of investigation examination of influence of operating temperature of anindustrial run on molecular-mass performances of polymer the generalized models ofthe combined processes of chemical transformation and heat exchange wasdeveloped designed at deriving rubber SKDN and SKDK. On the basis of receivedmodels optimal operating conditions were defined.The quantitative theory for calculation of average molecular weights andmolecular-mass distributions of the polymers have designed which are nascent inprocesses, complicated by chain transfer reactions and cross growth, at derivingbutadiene rubber on a cobalt and neodymium- containing catalyst systems. The mostimportant regularities of shaping of molecular-mass performances of polymer incontinuous processes were defined. Complete analysis of fields of a concentrationdistribution, velocities and temperatures inside a polymerized for detection of reasonsof uncontrollable widening of molecular-mass distribution (ММD), bimodality ММDwas carried out, etc. Examination of the combined processes of heat exchange andchemical transformation in reactors of the cascade was carried out, dependences ofmolecular-mass performances of polymer on the basic operation condition regimeparameters of process (residence time, temperature, concentration of initial reagents,an amount of reactors in the cascade) was established.340
