PP-II-13THE ANALYSIS OF INFLUENCE OF TECHNOLOGY FACTORS ONMMD NEODYMIUM RUBBERDiakonov G.S., Aminova G.A., Manujko G.V., Bashkirov D.V., Ignashina T.V.Kazan state technological university,K. Marx str., 68, Kazan, 420015, Russia, a_guzel@mail.ruOne of major factors influencing properties of obtained polymer is thetemperature in cascade reactors. Including at multiple feeds on cascade reactors thebasic influence on molecular mass distribution is rendered by temperature changingas a result of the additive in the reactor. The temperature belongs to the number offactors most strongly influencing the course of chemical-technological processes, and mostly on the course of chemical reactions. Therefore when analyzing andmodeling the equipment, in particular chemical reactors, a careful account of thermalfactors is necessary: i.e. emission, absorption and transfer of heat. Generally, it ispossible to specify at least, two important results exothermic. First, the incompleteheat-removal in the course of an exothermic reactions results in thermal autoacceleration and can become the reason of the reaction instability. Second, thetemperature change influences such basic properties the polymer as averagemolecular weight and molecular-mass distribution (MMD).The mathematical model of rubber SKDN synthesis in the cascade of thecontinuous reactors for various schemes of input mixture, consisting of kinetic andpower modules is developed. The milestone of account of reactors consists in asolution of the stationary equations at the given condition of a base mixture, atrequired performances of finished products. On the basis of offered mathematicalmodels influence of conditions of polymerization on change MMD of products ofpolymerization is theoretically investigated. With increase in the flow rate ofsecondary flow mixture average molecular-mass characteristics decrease, and thistendency amplifies with growth of temperature of secondary flow. Proceeding fromthe carried out researches it is possible to draw a conclusion that the basic influenceon molecular-mass characteristics is rendered by temperature changing as a result ofthe additive in second reactor. The analysis of dependences of molecular-mass and physical-mechanicalcharacteristics of finished products from conditions of performance process allows tochoose the most suitable rational conditions in each case according. Moreover, similar schemes of multiple feeds allow to obtain rubber on neodymium catalyst withproperties new for this process.356
