It shows clearly that most of the tasks that arerelated directly to the community or within the community’s boundaries can become the community’soperational and financial responsibility. Support activities are the operational responsibility of otherorganisations, government agencies or NGOs. This situation has evolved in recent projects, where thecommunity is also asked to pay for support services once the project has been handed over.
