HASA is now demonstratingthe physical, financial, <strong>and</strong> social benefits of linking micro-community <strong>and</strong> hospicecare <strong>to</strong> the <strong>for</strong>mal care system of hospitals <strong>and</strong> clinics, empowering communities <strong>to</strong> better dealwith the burden of disease as well as <strong>to</strong> decrease incidence <strong>and</strong> stigma.
