It is a yardstick <strong>of</strong> efficiency or goaloptimization. When the concept is applied to governance cases in practicewhat is being addressed is the sustainability <strong>of</strong> congenital businessenvironment where there are order, discipline <strong>and</strong> strong ethicalst<strong>and</strong>ards underlying the operations <strong>of</strong> a company.
