Property Description<br />

Internal administrative comm<strong>and</strong> Provides permission to see whether or not the<br />

AIA is running successfully.<br />

The check box is cleared by default.<br />

Authorized IP list If the Internal administrative comm<strong>and</strong><br />

check box is selected, this box shows a<br />

comma-separated list of IP addresses that are<br />

allowed to access the AIA Adapter's internal<br />

administrative comm<strong>and</strong>s.<br />

To add or delete an IP address, click Edit <strong>and</strong><br />

type or remove an IP address in the box.<br />

To allow any IP address to access the AIA<br />

Adapter's internal comm<strong>and</strong>s, leave the box<br />

blank. This is the default.<br />

AppServer Keepalive Allows the AppServer to recognize that a<br />

client bound to it is no longer connected.<br />

Enable Actional Monitoring When enabled, allows you to configure<br />

Actional instrumentation.<br />

This property is disabled by default.<br />

Actional Group Name Allows you to set the Group value that<br />

Actional uses in creating flow maps. Setting<br />

this property is optional.<br />

Editing an AppServer Internet Adapter configuration<br />

You can edit the configuration of an AppServer Internet Adapter.<br />

To edit an AppServer Internet Adapter configuration:<br />

1. Click Resources in the management console menu bar. The main resource types appear in<br />

the list frame.<br />

2. In the list frame, browse to <strong>and</strong> click the AppServer Internet Adapter whose configuration<br />

you want to edit. The Details page for that instance appears in the detail frame.<br />

3. Click <strong>Configuration</strong>. The <strong>Configuration</strong> page appears.<br />

4. Click Edit. (For details about the properties, see Table 5–15 through Table 5–19.)<br />

5. Make the configuration changes, <strong>and</strong> then click Save.
