(4) Any person who is makes preparations for counterfeiting money is guilty <strong>of</strong> misdemeanor punishable byimprisonment not to exceed two years, work in community service or a fine.Any person who creates, obtains, keeps possession <strong>of</strong>, distributes or deals with any material, instrument, equipmentor computer s<strong>of</strong>tware intended to be used for counterfeiting money is guilty <strong>of</strong> misdemeanor punishable byimprisonment not to exceed two years, work in community service or a fine.For the purposes <strong>of</strong> Section 304any alteration <strong>of</strong> money withdrawn from circulation to create an impression as if it was still in circulation shall beconsidered imitation <strong>of</strong> money,the application or removal <strong>of</strong> a sign serving as indication that the money is valid only in a definite country,furthermore the diminution <strong>of</strong> the precious metal content <strong>of</strong> the money, shall also be considered as counterfeiting <strong>of</strong>money.(1) The person who distributes counterfeit or forged money acquired lawfully as genuine or unforged, commits amisdemeanour and shall be punishable with imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to one year, labour in the public interest, or fine.(2) The punishment for a felony shall be imprisonment not exceeding three years, if the crime involves a substantialor greater amount <strong>of</strong> money.(1) The person who - with the aim <strong>of</strong> distribution or utilizationimitates or forges a stamp,obtains a counterfeit or forged stamp,is guilty <strong>of</strong> felony, and shall be punishable with imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to three years.(2) Any person who distributes or utilizes counterfeit, forged or used stamps as genuine or unused shall also bepunishable in accordance with Subsection (1).(3) The punishment shall be imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to five years, if the counterfeiting <strong>of</strong> stampsinvolves a substantial or greater amount <strong>of</strong> money,is committed in a criminal conspiracy.(4) The punishment shall be for a misdemeanor imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to one year, labor in the public interest, or fine, ifthe quantity or value involved in the counterfeiting <strong>of</strong> stamps is trivial or even less substantial.(1) For the purposes <strong>of</strong> Section 307, distribution shall also mean distribution for the collection <strong>of</strong> stamps, andcounterfeiting shall also mean the unlawful changing <strong>of</strong> a stamp serving the purposes <strong>of</strong> collection.(2) Foreign stamps are granted protection identical with that <strong>of</strong> domestic ones.
