(4) For the purposes <strong>of</strong> this Section 'public event' shall mean an event as defined in the <strong>Act</strong> On the Right <strong>of</strong> Assemblyas well as cultural and sports events that are open to the public without discrimination.A person who gravely violates the regulations governing the distribution <strong>of</strong> sexual goods, commits a misdemeanorand shall be punishable with imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to one year, labor in the public interest, or a fine.’(1) A person who with violence or threat, with the purpose <strong>of</strong> enforcing his lawful or allegedly lawful pecuniarydemand, forces another person to do, not to do, or to endure something, commits a felony, and shall be punishable withimprisonment between one to five years.(2) Taking the law into one’s own hands shall not be realized, if the application <strong>of</strong> violence or menace is theauthorized means <strong>of</strong> the enforcement <strong>of</strong> the demand.(1) The person whoprepares a forged <strong>of</strong>ficial document or falsifies the contents <strong>of</strong> an <strong>of</strong>ficial document,uses a fake or forged <strong>of</strong>ficial document or an <strong>of</strong>ficial document issued under the name <strong>of</strong> somebody else,co-operates in the inclusion <strong>of</strong> untrue data, facts or declarations in an <strong>of</strong>ficial document regarding the existence,changing or termination <strong>of</strong> a right or obligation, commits a felony and shall be punishable with imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up tothree years.(2) The person who is engaged in the preparation for the forging <strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong>ficial documents as defined in Paragraphs or<strong>of</strong> Subsection (1) is guilty <strong>of</strong> misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment not to exceed one year, work in communityservice, or a fine.(3) The person who performs the forging <strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong>ficial documents defined in subsection (1), paragraph by negligence,shall be punishable for a misdemeanour with fine.
