(1) In case <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> impeccable c<strong>on</strong>duct displayed during <strong>the</strong> executi<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> punishment, <strong>the</strong> court may order that <strong>the</strong>remainder <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> punishment be executed in a degree which is <strong>on</strong>e step more lenient; and if <strong>the</strong> c<strong>on</strong>vict disturbsrepeatedly and seriously <strong>the</strong> order <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> executi<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> punishment, <strong>the</strong> court may order that <strong>the</strong> remainder <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong>punishment be executed in a degree by <strong>on</strong>e step stricter.(2) In view <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> changed c<strong>on</strong>duct <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> c<strong>on</strong>vict, <strong>the</strong> court may invalidate its decisi<strong>on</strong> taken <strong>on</strong> <strong>the</strong> basis <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g>subsecti<strong>on</strong> (1).(1) The court may place a c<strong>on</strong>vict sentenced to impris<strong>on</strong>ment <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> a definite period <strong>on</strong> parole, if it may be reas<strong>on</strong>ablysupposed - in view especially <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> his impeccable c<strong>on</strong>duct displayed during <strong>the</strong> executi<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> punishment and <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> hisreadiness to c<strong>on</strong>duct a law-abiding way <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> life - that <strong>the</strong> aim <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> punishment may also be reached without fur<strong>the</strong>rincarcerati<strong>on</strong>.(2) Parole may <strong>on</strong>ly take place, if <strong>the</strong> c<strong>on</strong>vict has served- at least four-fifth <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> his punishment executable in high security pris<strong>on</strong>,- at least three-forth <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> his punishment executable in pris<strong>on</strong>,- at least two-third <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> his punishment executable in a detenti<strong>on</strong> centre.(3) If <strong>the</strong> sentence imposed is for less than three years impris<strong>on</strong>ment, in cases qualified for special c<strong>on</strong>siderati<strong>on</strong>, <strong>the</strong>court may include a clause <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> eligibility for parole after <strong>on</strong>e-half <strong>the</strong> sentence has been served.(4) Such pers<strong>on</strong>s may not be let <strong>on</strong> parolewho have been sentenced to impris<strong>on</strong>ment for an intenti<strong>on</strong>al crime, which <strong>the</strong>y perpetrated after <strong>the</strong>y had beensentenced earlier to executable impris<strong>on</strong>ment, before <strong>the</strong> terminati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> executi<strong>on</strong>,a pris<strong>on</strong>er who served less than two m<strong>on</strong>ths <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> his term <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> impris<strong>on</strong>ment,(5)pers<strong>on</strong>s sentenced for crimes committed in affiliati<strong>on</strong> with organized crime,(1) In <strong>the</strong> event that a sentence <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> life impris<strong>on</strong>ment is imposed, <strong>the</strong> verdict shall establish <strong>the</strong> earliest date <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g>eligibility for parole, or shall preclude any eligibility for parole.(2) If <strong>the</strong> court has not precluded eligibility for parole, <strong>the</strong> earliest date <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> release <strong>on</strong> parole shall be after serving aterm <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> twenty years, or at least a term <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> thirty years if <strong>the</strong> life impris<strong>on</strong>ment was imposed for a criminal act that ispunishable without a statute <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> limitati<strong>on</strong>.(1) If, while serving a term <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> life impris<strong>on</strong>ment, a pris<strong>on</strong>er is sentenced to a specific term <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> executableimpris<strong>on</strong>ment for a criminal act committed before being sentenced to life impris<strong>on</strong>ment, <strong>the</strong> court shall postp<strong>on</strong>e <strong>the</strong>earliest date <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> release <strong>on</strong> parole for <strong>the</strong> durati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> such specific term <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> impris<strong>on</strong>ment.(2) If a pris<strong>on</strong>er who is released <strong>on</strong> parole from life impris<strong>on</strong>ment is sentenced to a specific term <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> executableimpris<strong>on</strong>ment for a criminal act committed before receiving such sentence <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> life impris<strong>on</strong>ment, <strong>the</strong> court shall revoke<strong>the</strong> parole and shall postp<strong>on</strong>e <strong>the</strong> earliest date <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> release <strong>on</strong> parole for <strong>the</strong> durati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> such specific term <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g>impris<strong>on</strong>ment.(3) If, while serving a term <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> life impris<strong>on</strong>ment, a pris<strong>on</strong>er is sentenced to a specific term <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> executableimpris<strong>on</strong>ment for a criminal act committed before receiving such sentence <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> life impris<strong>on</strong>ment, <strong>the</strong> court shallpostp<strong>on</strong>e <strong>the</strong> earliest date <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> release <strong>on</strong> parole for <strong>the</strong> durati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> such specific term <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> impris<strong>on</strong>ment or for a period <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g>no less than five years and no more than twenty years.
