(3) Any person who commits the crime defined in Subsection (1)in connection with an employee or member <strong>of</strong> an economic organization or non-governmental organization isguilty <strong>of</strong> misdemeanor and may be punished by imprisonment not to exceed two years,in connection with an employee or member who is authorized to act in the name and on behalf <strong>of</strong> an economicorganization or non-governmental organization is guilty <strong>of</strong> felony and may be punished by imprisonment not to exceedthree years,.(4) Any person who commits the crime defined in Subsection (3) in a pattern <strong>of</strong> criminal pr<strong>of</strong>iteering is guilty <strong>of</strong> afelony punishable by imprisonment not to exceed three years, or between one to five years, as consistent with thecategories specified therein.Any person who takes any detrimental action against a person who has made an announcement <strong>of</strong> public concern isguilty <strong>of</strong> a misdemeanor and may be punished by imprisonment not to exceed two years, work in community service ora fine.For the purposes <strong>of</strong> this Title1.2. violation <strong>of</strong> duty shall also be the fulfilment <strong>of</strong> a duty bound to the granting <strong>of</strong> a favour.(1) Any person who gives or promises unlawful advantage to a public <strong>of</strong>ficial <strong>of</strong> another country, or to a third personon account <strong>of</strong> such public <strong>of</strong>ficial, in connection with his actions in an <strong>of</strong>ficial capacity is guilty <strong>of</strong> a misdemeanorpunishable by imprisonment not to exceed three years.(2) The person committing bribery shall be punished by imprisonment between one to five years, if he gives orpromises the unlawful advantage to a foreign public <strong>of</strong>ficial to induce him to breach his <strong>of</strong>ficial duty, exceed hiscompetence or otherwise abuse his <strong>of</strong>ficial position.
