(1) Any person who, for financial gain or advantage, provides aid to another person for crossing the state borderswithout authorization,in an unauthorized manner,is guilty <strong>of</strong> a felony punishable by imprisonment not to exceed three years(2) The punishment shall be imprisonment between one to five years for smuggling illegal aliensfor financial gain or advantage,if it involves several persons.(3) The punishment shall be imprisonment between two to eight years for smuggling illegal aliensby tormenting the smuggled person,in possession <strong>of</strong> firearms,in a pattern <strong>of</strong> criminal pr<strong>of</strong>iteering.(4) Any person involved in preparations for smuggling illegal aliens, as set forth in Subsections (1)-(3), shall bepunishable for a misdemeanor <strong>of</strong>fense with imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to two years.(5) Expulsion may also be imposed as supplementary punishment against persons engaged in the smuggling <strong>of</strong> illegalaliens.The person who destroys, damages or removes a sign serving for the demarcation <strong>of</strong> state frontier, commits amisdemeanour, and shall be punishable with imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to one year, labour in the public interest, or fine.(1) The personwho obtains a state secret in an unauthorized manner,uses without authorization, makes available for an incompetent person or makes unavailable for a competentperson a state secret that came to his knowledge or into his possession,commits a felony and shall be punishable with imprisonment from one year to five years.(2) The punishment shall be
