Perpetrators are <strong>the</strong> perpetrator and <strong>the</strong> coprincipal perpetrators, <strong>the</strong> abettor and <strong>the</strong> accessory (accomplices).(1) Perpetrator is a pers<strong>on</strong> who realizes <strong>the</strong> legal facts <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> a crime.(2) Coprincipals are <strong>the</strong> pers<strong>on</strong>s who jointly realize <strong>the</strong> legal facts <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> an intenti<strong>on</strong>al crime, in awareness <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> eacho<strong>the</strong>r’s activities.(1) Abettor is a pers<strong>on</strong> who intenti<strong>on</strong>ally persuades ano<strong>the</strong>r pers<strong>on</strong> to perpetrate a crime.(2) Accessory is, who intenti<strong>on</strong>ally grants assistance for <strong>the</strong> perpetrati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> a crime.(3) The item <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> punishment established for <strong>the</strong> perpetrators shall also be applied for <strong>the</strong> accomplices.Punishability shall be precluded byinfancy,insane mental state,c<strong>on</strong>straint and menace,error,negligible degree <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> danger to society <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> act,justifiable defence,extreme necessity (emergency)absence <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> private moti<strong>on</strong>,o<strong>the</strong>r grounds defined in <strong>the</strong> law.The pers<strong>on</strong> who has not yet completed his fourteenth year when perpetrating an act, shall not be punishable.
