for the purpose <strong>of</strong> making illegal pornographic material.(5) The punishment shall be imprisonment between five to fifteen years or life imprisonment if the criminal act iscommitted to the detriment <strong>of</strong> a person under twelve years <strong>of</strong> agefor any <strong>of</strong> the purposes defined under Paragraphs <strong>of</strong> Subsection (2),in the manner defined under Points 1-3 <strong>of</strong> Paragraph <strong>of</strong> Subsection (3), orfor the purpose <strong>of</strong> making illegal pornographic material.(6) Any person who makes preparations for trafficking in human beings is guilty <strong>of</strong> misdemeanor punishable byimprisonment not to exceed two years.(1) A person who enters into or remains in, the home, other premises or fenced <strong>of</strong>f place belonging to such places, <strong>of</strong>another person, by force, menace, or pretending <strong>of</strong>ficial action, commits a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable withimprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to two years, labor in the public interest, or a fine.(2) The person, who enters into or remains in the flat, other premises or the fenced <strong>of</strong>f place belonging to the above inspite <strong>of</strong> the will <strong>of</strong> the person dwelling there or disposing over that, or with deceptionat night,by force <strong>of</strong> arms,in an armed manner,in a group,shall be punishable in accordance with subsection (1).(3) The person who impedes another person in the way defined in subsections (1) and (2) to enter his flat, otherpremises or fenced <strong>of</strong>f place belonging to the above, shall be punishable in accordance with subsection (1).(4) The punishment shall be imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to three years for a felony, if the act defined in subsection (1) iscommitted in the way described in subsection (2).(1) The person who reveals a private secret learned by him as a result <strong>of</strong> his occupation or public mandate withoutgood reason, commits a misdemeanour, and shall be punishable with fine.(2) The punishment shall be imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to one year, labour in the public interest, or fine, if the crime causesconsiderable injury <strong>of</strong> interest.(1) Any person who, in violation <strong>of</strong> the statutory provisions governing the protection and processing <strong>of</strong> personal data,is engaged in the unauthorized and inappropriate processing <strong>of</strong> personal data,fails to notify the data subject as required by law,fails to take measures concerning the security <strong>of</strong> dataand thereby inflicts significant injury to the interests <strong>of</strong> another person or persons is guilty <strong>of</strong> a misdemeanorpunishable by up to one year’s imprisonment, community service or a fine.(2) The acts described under Subsection (1) shall be upgraded to felonies if they are committed by a public <strong>of</strong>ficial inthe course <strong>of</strong> discharging a public duty or in pursuit <strong>of</strong> unlawful financial gain or advantage.(3) Any misuse <strong>of</strong> special personal data shall be treated as a felony punishable by up to three years’ imprisonment.
