(1) The court may grant exempti<strong>on</strong> to <strong>the</strong> c<strong>on</strong>vict sentenced to executable impris<strong>on</strong>ment for an intenti<strong>on</strong>al crime, ifhe is worthy <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> it, and half <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> period defined in Secti<strong>on</strong> 102, subsecti<strong>on</strong> (1), paragraphs , or has alreadyelapsed from having served <strong>the</strong> impris<strong>on</strong>ment or <strong>the</strong> terminati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> its executability.(2) When c<strong>on</strong>sidering worthiness, <strong>the</strong> way <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> life <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> c<strong>on</strong>vict since having served <strong>the</strong> principal punishment shallbe taken into account, fur<strong>the</strong>rmore whe<strong>the</strong>r he has remedied <strong>the</strong> injury caused by his act, if <strong>the</strong> latter was possible forhim.(1) The court may grant <strong>the</strong> c<strong>on</strong>vict preliminary exempti<strong>on</strong>, if it suspends <strong>the</strong> executi<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> impris<strong>on</strong>ment, and <strong>the</strong>c<strong>on</strong>vict is worthy <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> exempti<strong>on</strong>.(2) The preliminary exempti<strong>on</strong> ceases to be in force, if <strong>the</strong> executi<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> suspended punishment is ordered.In case <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> applicati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> a supplementary punishment, a c<strong>on</strong>vict shall not be exempted from <strong>the</strong> disadvantageousc<strong>on</strong>sequences attached to previous c<strong>on</strong>victi<strong>on</strong>s, and he may not be exempted, until <strong>the</strong> executi<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> supplementarypunishment has finished or its executability has terminated. This provisi<strong>on</strong> does not cover fine as supplementarypunishment, if preliminary exempti<strong>on</strong> by court is granted, or to prohibiti<strong>on</strong> from pr<str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g>essi<strong>on</strong> or driving vehicles.The President <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> Republic may grant exempti<strong>on</strong> to a c<strong>on</strong>vict by remissi<strong>on</strong> even if this o<strong>the</strong>rwise may not takeplace in accordance with this <str<strong>on</strong>g>Act</str<strong>on</strong>g>.(1) Juvenile is <strong>the</strong> pers<strong>on</strong> who has completed his fourteenth year when committing <strong>the</strong> crime, but has not yetcompleted his eighteenth year.(2) The provisi<strong>on</strong>s <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> this <str<strong>on</strong>g>Act</str<strong>on</strong>g> shall apply to juveniles with <strong>the</strong> differences c<strong>on</strong>tained in this Chapter.
