obstructs any voter from participating in the election or plebiscite by force, threat <strong>of</strong> force or deception, or makesany attempt to influence such person by <strong>of</strong>fering financial benefits,violates the secrecy <strong>of</strong> elections or <strong>of</strong> plebiscite,falsifies the result <strong>of</strong> the elections, plebiscite or popular initiative,commits a felony and shall be punishable with imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to three years.The person who participates in the management <strong>of</strong> a social organization dissolved by the court, commits - unless amore serious criminal acts is realized - a misdemeanour, and shall be punishable with imprisonment up to one year,labour in the public interest or a fine.The person whomanufactures or distributes an unlicensed or unregistered press product for the manufacturing or distribution <strong>of</strong>which a license or registration is required,disseminates a press product whose sequestration or confiscation has been ordered, commits a misdemeanour andshall be punishable with fine.Any foreign national who is subject to a restriction <strong>of</strong> entry and stay, and who enters the territory <strong>of</strong> the Republic <strong>of</strong>Hungary without permission is guilty <strong>of</strong> a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment not to exceed one year.(1) Any person who provides aid to a foreign national who is not a citizen <strong>of</strong> any Member State <strong>of</strong> the EuropeanUnion to stay in the territory <strong>of</strong> any Member State <strong>of</strong> the European Union for financial gain is guilty <strong>of</strong> misdemeanor,unless it results in a more severe crime, punishable by up to two year’s imprisonment, community service or a fine.
