(1) The person who infringes the rules <strong>of</strong> quarantine, epidemiological supervision or control ordered for preventingthe importation or dissemination <strong>of</strong> an infectious disease subject to quarantine obligation, commits a misdemeanour,and shall be punishable with imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to one year, labour in the public interest, or fine.(2) The person who infringes at the time <strong>of</strong> an epidemic the rules ordered for segregation, epidemiologicalsupervision or control, commits a misdemeanour, and shall be punishable with imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to one year, labourin the public interest, or fine.(3) The person who infringes the rules <strong>of</strong> quarantine, other restriction or supervision ordered for preventing theexportation and importation or dissemination <strong>of</strong> infectious animal diseases or dangerous pests destroying plants,commits a misdemeanour, and shall be punishable with imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to one year, labour in the public interest, orfine.(1) The person who without a legal title engages in activities belonging to the sphere <strong>of</strong> medical practice forcompensation or on a regular basis, commits a misdemeanour, and shall be punishable with imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to oneyear, labour in the public interest, or fine.(2) The punishment shall be for a felony imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to three years, if the charlatanry is committed byfeigning the entitlement to medical practice.(3) For the purposes <strong>of</strong> this Section, entitled to medical practice is the person who has a medical degree acquired at adomestic university or acquired at a foreign university and registered (provided with a Clause <strong>of</strong> equivalence), or theforeign citizen, who may engage in medical activities without the registration <strong>of</strong> his degree on the basis <strong>of</strong> a permission<strong>of</strong> the Minister <strong>of</strong> Public Welfare, provided in all cases that he is not under the effect <strong>of</strong> prohibition from medicalactivities.In the case <strong>of</strong> criminal misuse <strong>of</strong> explosives or explosive devices (Section 263), criminal misuse <strong>of</strong> firearms orammunition (Section 263/A), arms trafficking (Section 263/B), criminal misuse <strong>of</strong> radioactive substances (Section 264),criminal operation <strong>of</strong> a nuclear facility (Section 264/A), criminal misuse <strong>of</strong> weapons prohibited by international treaty(Section 264/C), criminal misuse <strong>of</strong> poison (Section 265), violation <strong>of</strong> obligations relating to the keeping <strong>of</strong> dangerousdogs (Section 266), organization <strong>of</strong> illegal animal fights (Section 266/A), cruelty to animals (Section 266/B), criminalmisuse <strong>of</strong> harmful items for public consumption (Section 279), or criminal misuse <strong>of</strong> narcotic drugs (Sections 282-283)or with substances used for the production <strong>of</strong> narcotic drugs (Section 283/A), the provisions set forth in Subsection (1)<strong>of</strong> Section 77/A shall not be applied.(1) For the purposes <strong>of</strong> Section 280natural element: the earth, the air, the water, the biota (flora and fauna) and the man-made (artificial) environment,as well as the constituents <strong>of</strong> the aforementioned,loading <strong>of</strong> the environment or any component there<strong>of</strong> to an extent exceeding an emission standardestablished in a legal rule or <strong>of</strong>ficial decision.
