(3) The punishment shall be imprisonment from five years to ten years, if the violation <strong>of</strong> an international law duty iscommittedin connection with the trade <strong>of</strong> fire arms, ammunition, explosives, blasting-agent or an apparatus serving for theutilization there<strong>of</strong>, or <strong>of</strong> any product designed for military utilization;in an armed manner.(4) The person who perpetrates the preparation <strong>of</strong> the violation <strong>of</strong> an international law duty, shall be punishable for afelony with imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to three years.(5) The person who credibly learns that the violation <strong>of</strong> an international law duty is prepared and fails to report that tothe authorities as soon as he can, commits a misdemeanour, and shall be punishable with imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to twoyears.(1) Any person who seizes control <strong>of</strong> an aircraft, any means <strong>of</strong> railway, water or road transport or any means <strong>of</strong>freight transport by force or threat or by disabling another person by rendering him unconscious or incapable <strong>of</strong> selfdefenseis guilty <strong>of</strong> a felony and shall be punished by five to ten years’ imprisonment.(2) The punishment shall be ten to fifteen years’ imprisonment or life imprisonment if the above-specified criminalconduct results in the death <strong>of</strong> one or more persons.(3) Any person engaged in preparations for the seizure <strong>of</strong> an aircraft, any means <strong>of</strong> railway, water or road transport orany means <strong>of</strong> freight transport is guilty <strong>of</strong> a felony and shall be punished by two to eight years’ imprisonment.(4) The punishment <strong>of</strong> any person who abandons commission <strong>of</strong> a criminal act before any grave consequences areable to materialize may be reduced in any extent.(1) Any person who prepares, obtains, possesses or transfers to a person not entitled to possess explosives or blastingagents,or equipment for the use <strong>of</strong> such, without authorization, commits a felony <strong>of</strong>fense and shall be punishable withimprisonment between two to eight years.(2) Any person who commits the act described in Subsection (1)in a business-like manner,as part <strong>of</strong> a criminal conspiracy,shall be punishable with imprisonment between five to ten years.(3) Any person who commits the act described in Subsection (1)as a qualified recidivist,shall be punishable with imprisonment between five to fifteen years.(4) In respect <strong>of</strong> qualified recidivism, the following shall be construed as crimes <strong>of</strong> similar nature:criminal misuse <strong>of</strong> firearms and ammunition (Section 263/A), arms smuggling (Section 263/B), criminal misuse <strong>of</strong>weapons prohibited by international treaty (Section 264/C),violent acts against members <strong>of</strong> national, ethnic, racial or religious groups, armed kidnapping and breaking andentering [Paragraph a) <strong>of</strong> Subsection (2) <strong>of</strong> Section 174/B, Paragraph b) <strong>of</strong> Subsection (2) <strong>of</strong> Section 175/A, Paragraphb) <strong>of</strong> Subsection (2) and Subsections (3)-(4) <strong>of</strong> Section 176], causing public danger [Subsection (1)-(3) <strong>of</strong> Section 259],aggravated cases <strong>of</strong> breaching international legal obligation [Subsection (3) <strong>of</strong> Section 261/A], criminal misuse <strong>of</strong>radioactive materials (Section 264),
