(1) The person who takes away an alien thing from somebody else in order to unlawfully appropriate it, commitstheft.(2) The punishment shall be for a misdemeanour imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to two years, labour in the public interest, orfine, if the theft is committed in respect <strong>of</strong> a smaller value or the theft committed in respect <strong>of</strong> the value <strong>of</strong> a minor<strong>of</strong>fence is committedas part <strong>of</strong> a criminal conspiracy,at the scene <strong>of</strong> a public danger,in a business-like manner,with violence against a thing,entering premises or a fenced place belonging thereto with deception or without the knowledge and consent <strong>of</strong> theentitled party (user),with the use <strong>of</strong> a false or stolen key,to the detriment <strong>of</strong> a party who is sharing the use <strong>of</strong> a flat or similar premises with the perpetrator,through pickpocketing,exploiting the state <strong>of</strong> being incapable <strong>of</strong> preventing the crime <strong>of</strong> another person.(3)(4) The punishment shall be for a felony imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to three years, ifthe theft is committed in respect <strong>of</strong> a greater value,the theft involves a lesser value and1. it is committed in the manner defined in Paragraphs <strong>of</strong> Subsection (2),2. involves cultural goods,3. involves religious objects or consecrated objects used for religious rights, taken from a place consideredconsecrated grounds,4. involves objects placed in memory <strong>of</strong> or with the dead in cemeteries and other burial sites.(5) The punishment shall be imprisonment from one year to five years, ifthe theft if committed in respect <strong>of</strong> a considerable value,the theft committed in respect <strong>of</strong> a greater value is committed in the manner defined in subsection (2), paragraphto .The punishment shall be imprisonment from two years to eight years, ifthe theft is committed in respect <strong>of</strong> an especially high value,the theft committed in respect <strong>of</strong> a considerable value is committed in the manner defined in subsection (2),paragraphs to(7) The punishment shall be imprisonment between two to eight years for the crime <strong>of</strong> theft if committedin respect <strong>of</strong> particularly substantial value,in respect <strong>of</strong> a particularly considerable amount in the manner described in Paragraphs a)-d) <strong>of</strong> Subsection (2)above,
