14. recidivist shall mean the perpetrator <strong>of</strong> a premeditated criminal act, if such person was previously sentenced toimprisonment without probation for a premeditated criminal act, and three years have not yet passed since havingserved such term <strong>of</strong> imprisonment or the termination <strong>of</strong> its executability until the perpetration <strong>of</strong> another criminal act,15. special recidivist is the recidivist, who commits on both occasions the same crime or a crime <strong>of</strong> similar character,16. habitual recidivist shall mean a person, who has been sentenced to imprisonment without probation as a recidivistprior to the perpetration <strong>of</strong> a premeditated criminal act, and three years have not yet passed from having served the lastterm <strong>of</strong> imprisonment or the termination <strong>of</strong> its executability until the perpetration <strong>of</strong> another criminal act punishable byimprisonment,17. "economic organization" means the economic organizations listed under Paragraph c) <strong>of</strong> Section 685 <strong>of</strong> <strong>Act</strong> <strong>IV</strong> <strong>of</strong>1959 on the Civil Code, as well as organizations which, according to the Civil Code, are subject to the provisions oneconomic organizations concerning the civil law relations <strong>of</strong> such organizations in connection with their economicactivities.18. "allied armed forces" shall mean the armed forces in alliance with the Republic <strong>of</strong> Hungary according tointernational treaties stipulating the obligation to provide mutual military assistance, as well as the militaryorganizations and bodies created on the basis <strong>of</strong> such treaties,19. humanitarian activities, peacekeeping or humanitarian operations in a foreign theater <strong>of</strong> operations shall have themeaning as defined in the <strong>Act</strong> on National Defense.Unless the law otherwise provides, for the purposes <strong>of</strong> this <strong>Act</strong> a menace is: holding out <strong>of</strong> the prospect <strong>of</strong> a gravedisadvantage, which is suitable to induce serious fear in the menaced person.For the purposes <strong>of</strong> this <strong>Act</strong> the amount <strong>of</strong> value, damage, pecuniary injury, or the amount <strong>of</strong> reduction in tax,contribution or private insurance fund membership revenues shall be construedminor, if more than ten thousand but less than two hundred thousand HUF,considerable, if more than two hundred thousand but less than two million HUF,substantial, if more than two million but less than fifty million HUF,particularly considerable, if more than fifty million but less than five hundred million HUF,particularly substantial, if more than five hundred million HUF.(1) The person who commits an act which is immediately directed at changing the constitutional order <strong>of</strong> theRepublic <strong>of</strong> Hungary with violence or menacing with violence - especially using armed force -, perpetrates a felony andis punishable with imprisonment from five to fifteen years, or with life imprisonment.
