The default factory settings are the following:All confi gurations are cleared, except device IP,netmask and default gateway addresses.MAINTENANCEClick “Maintenance” menu under the Administration heading.Maintenance page appears on the screen. Device’s fi rmware versioncan be updated and device confi guration settings can be stored/uploaded from this page.CONFIGURATIONClick ckup button to store the current confi guration to a fi le.File Upload: Use this feature to upload the stored confi guration fi le to the device.First fi nd the stored confi guration fi le and then press restorebutton to upload and activate the confi guration settings.Device restarts automatically after pressing restore button.SOFTWARECURRENT application version is:OTHER version is:Current fi rmware version, e.g. MPX-E-4.6.4Alternative fi rmware version. The alternative fi rmware version can betaken in use by clicking Activate button.Note! The MP-X encoder is capable of storing two fi rmware images,and can be operational during fi rmware update. The two partitionapproach provides also possibility to fall back to old fi rmware version,either automatically if the new fi rmware fails to run on the device ormanually by the administrator.Note!
