The responseshows that f<strong>in</strong>ancial risk is not a major factor, but ability to secure f<strong>in</strong>ance is a major factorbecause they seems to be afraid that mak<strong>in</strong>g a move won‘t be successful, may be because of lackof collateral, sav<strong>in</strong>gs or bus<strong>in</strong>ess plans. The survey shows issues like skills, corruption,completion and adm<strong>in</strong>istration hurdles could also play some part <strong>in</strong> creat<strong>in</strong>g fear before one couldstart a bus<strong>in</strong>ess.
