Environmental and Social Management FrameworkThe methodology outlined in this Chapter is intended to assist the IEE, EIA or SIApractitioner as well as the designers, engineers, supervision and monitoringpersonnel involved in these projects. It gives practical guidance on the processrequired by the legal provisions (see Ch. 3) from field identification, preparation ofassessment reports, submission and approval, to the implementation of theprescribed management options.
