The building is constructedto the side boundaries in anticipation of futuredevelopment and a desired continuous street wallheight for the area.Residential apartments are set above the noisy streetlevel. Noise impacts are managed through a variety ofsolutions including the provision of wintergardens andadjustable screens. 2 storey apartments are arrangedalong an open gallery to maximise northern solaraccess, while single storey apartments are locatedtowards the corner adjacent to the lift core.Privacy within the site and to future neighbouringresidential flat development is achieved through arear boundary setback.
