04 I Building4A Apartment mixApartment mix refers to the percentage of apartmentswith different numbers of bedrooms in a development.The number of bedrooms is directly related to floor areawhich in turn determines the yield that can be generatedon the site.A mix of apartment types provides housing choice andsupports equitable housing access. By accommodatinga range of household types, apartment buildingssupport the needs of the community now and into thefuture.
