This filewill be named , - -. txt where is an incrementing number to keep the file names unique.2. Please use SpruceWare.NET to import the order file and ring up the customer.Note: Pricing is NOT automatically recalculated to reflect price changes between when theestimate or bill of materials was initially created and current prices.Activant Dimensions CanadaTo set up Activant Dimensions Canada:1. Go to the Settings Tab in the Info Tabs.2. Go to Reports and set the value for the POS Configuration to Activant: D:\POS.3. When DeckTools launches, the software will check for updated pricing data and update thepricing automatically and accordingly.• You can also manually select Import Prices from POS in the Materials menu to manuallyupdate pricing.4. Create the directory specified in POS Configuration (i.e. D:\POS ).To import pricing from Activant Dimensions Canada:1. Go to the Materials menu and select Import Prices from POS.• DeckTools will connect to Activant’s database and update the DeckTools materials priceswhere the SKU matches Activant’s SKU.
