Backups are stored on theGateway’s onboard memory. They can be downloaded as tar.gz files onto thenotebook`s file system.In the case that a restoration is necessary, before performing a FirmwareUpgrade it is highly recommended that the configuration is backed up.Backups can be created during normal system operation howeverfirmware upgrades and system resets will terminate all calls.‣ To backup configuration files:NOTE: In the event that recent changes have been made, rememberto click Apply Configuration to ensure that the changes will be savedas part of the backup.• Enter the name of the backup in the Name box. The namecannot contain spaces, use the underscore “_” character ifnecessary.• Click Backup.
