Positron Telecommunication Systems Inc. – G-Series Gateways User GuidePBX -> Incoming Call Features MenuThe PBX -> Incoming Call Features Menu offers access to:• IVR Menus to configure the Interactive Voice Response (IVR)system.• Time Frames which are used to create time-based incoming(routing) rules.• Conference Bridges.• Park and Page used to park calls into the parking lot andannounce the calls over the (audio-out port) paging speaker.• DISA (Direct Inward System Access) can allow calls fromoutside your PBX to be interpreted as if they are inside thePBX.NOTE: For security purposes, the DISA application will verify that the incomingCallerID has been configured in the DISA table. If the number has not beenconfigured, the caller will not be provided with a dial tone.The principle is the following: when the caller dials into thePBX and invokes the DISA application, the DISA application inturn requires the user to enter his/her password. The call isthen disconnected.
