The web interface providesinformation on using the system to format and configure the storage devices.Support is available through <strong>Positron</strong> Telecom’s website support section at:www.<strong>Positron</strong>Telecom.com/html/support.htmlTo provide local storage for files and to perform configuration, a configurationcomputer is required. Throughout this document we will refer to the installer`sconfiguration computer as the “notebook”. Any computer with local file storage, awired Ethernet jack, and running a compatible browser can be used to configurethe system.Of course, as with any computer system, it is vital that the administrationusername and password be changed from the default, and in many cases the IPaddress of the system be changed from the default.
