yaptı. Bu süreçte bağımsız sanatçı<br />
girişimleri ve bunların kamusal<br />
ve özel kurumlarla ilişkileri<br />
üzerine yoğunlaştı. Halihazırda<br />
Paris 8 Üniversitesi, Estetik ve<br />
Sanat Tarihi bölümünde mastır<br />
tezini hazırlamakta ve 3. Uluslararası<br />
Çanakkale Bienali'nin<br />
küratör-koordinatörlüğünü yürütmektedir.<br />
Mehmet ERKÖK<br />
Born in 1963 in Zurich, Switzerland.<br />
Graduated fom Mimar Sinan<br />
University in Istanbul with a major<br />
of industrial Design in 1988.<br />
Lecturer at İTU İndustrial Design<br />
Dept. since 1994. Proffessional experiences<br />
in many types of modelmaking,<br />
illustration-airbrush,<br />
product-object design and production,<br />
kinetic sculpture, automobile<br />
customization, photography.<br />
Mehmet Erkök (Zürich, 1963) studeerde<br />
in 1988 af aan de Mimar<br />
Sinan University in Istanbul in<br />
Industrieel Ontwerpen. Sinds 1993<br />
geeft hij aan de Universiteit van<br />
Istanbul les in modelmaken en design<br />
visualisatie. Hij heeft professionele<br />
ervaring met model maken,<br />
illustratie-airbrushen, productontwerp,<br />
kinetische sculpturen en<br />
fotografie.<br />
1963’te Zürich, İsviçre’de doğdu.<br />
1988’de Mimar Sinan Üniversitesi<br />
Endüstriyel Tasarım bölümünden<br />
mezun oldu. 1994’ten beri<br />
İTÜ Endüstriyel Tasarım bölümü<br />
öğretim görevlisidir. Profesyonel<br />
deneyimleri, çeşitli türde maketler,<br />
illüstrasyon- airbrush, ürünobje<br />
tasarımı ve üretimi, kinetik<br />
heykel, ‘custom’ otomobil, fotoğrafçılık.<br />
Ekmel ERTAN<br />
Ekmel Ertan works as artist, curator<br />
and educator. Ertan is the<br />
founder and artistic director of<br />
İstanbul based amberPlatform (<br />
by <strong>BIS</strong>, Beden-İşlemsel Sanatlar<br />
Derneği / Body-Process Arts Association),<br />
which is a research<br />
and production platform on art<br />
and new technologies. Ertan is<br />
the curator of the international<br />
“amber Art and Technology Festival”<br />
since 2007. He curated<br />
also international amberPlatform<br />
exhibitions and performances.<br />
Ekmel Ertan werkt als kunstenaar,<br />
curator en onderwijzer.<br />
Ertan is de oprichter en artistiek<br />
leider van amberPlatform<br />
in Istanbul, een onderzoeksen<br />
productieplatform gericht<br />
op kunst en nieuwe technologieën.<br />
Ertan is de curator van<br />
het internationale amber Art<br />
and Technology Festival sinds<br />
2007. Hij programmeerde ook<br />
internationale amberPlatform<br />
tentoonstellingen en performances.<br />
İTÜ'den Elektronik ve Haberleşme<br />
mühendisi olarak mezun oldu,<br />
Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesinden Etkileşimli<br />
Medya Tasarımı master<br />
derecesini aldı. Turkiye, Almanya ve<br />
Belçika'da tasarım mühendisi olarak<br />
çalıştı. 1999'dan bu yana Bilgi Üniversitesi,<br />
Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi<br />
tasarım bölümleri ve İTÜ TBT programında<br />
multimedya tasarımı, proje<br />
geliştirme, tasarım için programlama<br />
dersleri verdi. Halen Sabancı Üniversitesi<br />
Sanat ve Sosyal bilimler Fakültesinde<br />
Etkileşim Tasarımı ve son<br />
sınıf Proje Stüdyosu derslerini veriyor.<br />
