As per the Senior Superintendent of Police [SSP],<br />

Poonch, investigations established that Mohammad<br />

Sarwar Khan was a border crosser and was killed in an<br />

encounter at “Rangwar Dhok Sawaian” on 1<br />

November 1999. The case was closed by declaring<br />

the perpetrators as untraced.<br />
