<strong>for</strong> deploying, running, and debugging a stored procedure or to edit the routine template<br />

preferences. This is shown in Figure 8.18.<br />

To edit STOREDPROCEDURE1 using <strong>Data</strong> <strong>Studio</strong>:<br />

1. Open the stored procedure STOREDPROCEDURE1 in the routine editor as shown in<br />

Figure 8.17.<br />

2. Modify the stored procedure as shown in Figure 8.19 by following the code snippet in<br />

Listing 8.1. The updated stored procedure has an input and output parameter, and an<br />

IF statement.<br />
