E.3 Processing stored procedures result sets<br />

As was discussed in Chapter 10, there are some special considerations <strong>for</strong> stored<br />

procedures that return result sets. <strong>Data</strong> <strong>Studio</strong> uses <strong>DB2</strong> catalog in<strong>for</strong>mation to generate<br />

the XML schema file <strong>for</strong> the operation’s input and output messages. But the <strong>DB2</strong> catalog<br />

does not contain metadata in<strong>for</strong>mation about result sets returned by stored procedures.
