9.6 Edit the procedure<br />

In <strong>Data</strong> <strong>Studio</strong>, a UDF can be viewed and edited in the routine editor. To open a UDF in the<br />

routine editor, double-click the UDF name or right-click and select Open as shown in Figure<br />

9.10.<br />

The routine editor provides syntax checking, and context sensitive semantic help that is<br />

similar to the one in SQL editor that was discussed in Chapter 5. In addition, the routine
