Mechanical Interlock Kit
Two switch-disconnector-fuse units can be interlocked by a
mechanical interlock kit. After interlocking, the following three
positions are possible :
1) SD�U 1 in ON position & SD�U 1 in O�� position
2) SD�U 2 in ON position & SD�U 1 in O�� position
3) Both SD�Us in O�� position
Hence two mechanically interlocked SD�Us can be used as a
change-over switch.
Shaft Extension Kit
Shaft length can be increased with the shaft extension kit.
Handle Coupling
Two types of handle coupling (Type A & Type B) are available.
Operation of the handle coupling in any of the four quadrants is
possible (irrespective of the switch orientation) by selecting the
right handle coupling. Having selected the quadrant of operation
and switch orientation, Type A or Type B handle coupling can be
selected from the selection table given on the next page.
