The Active Places Research Report identifies the existing sports facility<br />
provision in Northern Ireland and presents a number of areas for concern<br />
regarding the current condition of these facilities including location,<br />
quantity, quality, condition, specification, accessibility and universal<br />
access.<br />
Sport NI has addressed the adequacy of existing sports facilities and<br />
identifies the need for new provision in Northern Ireland. It has published<br />
