Chapter 8: Gather, Find, and Share Information with Office OneNote 2007 113
Tip One of the new features of Office OneNote 2007 is the ability to work with multiple
notebooks. Now you can open several notebooks at once and move information from one
notebook to another by dragging and dropping it into the new location.
You can click the double arrows in the right side of the navigation bar to expand it and display
a listing of open notebooks and sections in your current work session (see Figure 8-3). You
can move to any item in the listing by simply clicking it; you can also move sections from one
notebook to another (or reorder items) by dragging and dropping the section name to
another point in the list.
top right corner.
Two new menus are available in Office OneNote 2007 that spotlight important program
capabilities. The Share menu enables you to create shared notebooks and host live notesharing
sessions; and the Table menu contains the commands you need to insert and work
with tables on your notes pages.
