DuraBlue ® L Series Adhesive Melters<br />

DuraBlue 4L System Selection<br />

DuraBlue 4L Systems have a pump rate of 22 kg/hr (48 lb/hr), operate at 600 psi hydraulic pressure, <strong>and</strong> process<br />

adhesive with viscosity up to10,000 cps. Filters are not used with these units. The table below shows the system<br />

unit numbers according to available voltage <strong>and</strong> hose/applicator combination.<br />

All 200V <strong>and</strong> 240V systems include a power cord without a plug. Wire colors follow international st<strong>and</strong>ards.<br />

Check total external wattage limitation before adding second h<strong>and</strong>-held applicator/hose assembly to DuraBlue 4L 120V units.<br />

The pump rate listed is for 60 Hz power supply. The pump rate at 50 HZ is lower <strong>and</strong> equal to 83% of the value shown. Processing<br />

adhesives with viscosities higher than the stated limit may reduce melter performance.<br />
