Hilarie Kelly is an anthropologist <strong>and</strong> ethnographer with crosscultural<br />

experience studying sexual <strong>and</strong> drug use practices in Africa<br />

<strong>and</strong> young people in Los Angeles <strong>and</strong> Orange County. She accessed<br />

youth through the main service agency for gay <strong>and</strong> lesbian youth in<br />

Los Angeles <strong>and</strong> through formal <strong>and</strong> informal networks in Orange<br />

County, CA.<br />
