去 ,Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey 酒 店 正 是 他
一 項 主 要 的 嘗 試 項 目 。
Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey 酒 店 在 Silvio
的 心 目 中 , 是 「 蘇 特 恩 白 葡 萄 酒 與 Lalique 水
晶 的 完 美 融 合 」, 是 「 一 個 可 以 充 份 展 示 法 國
傳 統 技 藝 與 文 化 的 地 方 。」 他 希 望 當 人 們 來
到 這 裏 時 , 可 以 充 份 享 受 「 法 式 的 生 活 藝
術 」。「 在 法 國 , 現 在 依 然 保 存 著 傳 統 的
美 酒 、 美 食 以 及 建 築 和 園 林 。 而 這 些 , 客
人 們 在 Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey 都 可 以 體
驗 的 到 。」
大 自 然 的 色 調
設 計 師 Tina Green 和 Pietro Mingarelli 擔
綱 起 Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey 的 內 部 裝 飾
工 作 , 他 們 的 設 計 靈 感 來 自 於 周 圍 的 自 然 和
人 文 環 境 。「 在 視 覺 上 , 我 們 從 葡 萄 園 、 土 地
和 葡 萄 的 顏 色 變 化 中 受 到 啟 發 , 使 用 的 面 料
有 綠 色 和 深 紅 色 , 以 此 表 現 葡 萄 園 的 綠 葉 和
成 熟 葡 萄 的 色 彩 。 這 也 為 整 個 酒 店 定 下 了 基
調 。」 休 息 室 主 要 由 天 然 烏 木 裝 飾 , 但 椅 子 和
咖 啡 桌 的 腿 上 有 綠 色 的 漆 面 。 酒 紅 色 的 靠 枕
上 則 繡 著 金 色 的 葡 萄 藤 蔓 , 放 在 深 綠 色 的 天
鵝 絨 座 椅 上 份 外 鮮 明 。

The colours of the land
Lady Tina Green and Pietro Mingarelli
worked as a team to transform the Château’s
interior. Lady Green is married to
billionaire retail businessman Sir Philip
Green, who was knighted in 2006 for
his service to retail. She teamed up with
Mingarelli to found Green & Mingarelli
Design, which does interior design for
yachts, aircraft, and other spaces.
For the Château, their design inspiration
came from the surrounding landscape.
“We were visually attracted and inspired
by the vineyards, the colour of the
earth, the grapes and their changing colours,
which went from a beautiful gold
to a deep red,” says Lady Green. “We
divided the fabrics into shades of greens
and deep reds to depict the colour of
the leaves and grapes of the vineyards.

This page, top: The wine cellar showcases an impressive collection to be paired with the
cuisine of chef Jérôme Schilling; Schilling and the Lalique restaurant were awarded a
Michelin star in January. This page, bottom: This one-of-a-kind barrique, a kind of wine
barrel, made entirely of crystal, took Lalique two years to craft. It is filled with Château
Lafaurie-Premier Grand Cru Classé 2013, the first vintage presided over by Lalique CEO
Silvio Denz. The Femmes & Raisins design created in 1928 by Lalique’s founder, René
Lalique, is featured on the barrique.
