Vienna earlier this year, Vienna ranked fifth in the category “Prime European Locations” — just<br />

behind Munich, Madrid, Paris and Monaco. In the global comparison, looking at how many<br />

square metres a million dollars will buy you, Vienna scored seventh place. Only Monaco, Hong<br />

Kong, London, New York, Singapore and Geneva scored even higher. At 35 %, private capital is<br />
