town of Neusiedl am See. 19 lake houses on a pier,<br />
two garden homes right by the lakeshore as well as a<br />
reed-surrounded house right by the water will be<br />
completed by June <strong>2019</strong>. These highly attractive secondary<br />
residences are habitable year-round. Six different<br />
variations of the homes sized from 80 to 140<br />
square metres are available. The state-of-the-art and<br />
naturalistic architecture is especially impressive.<br />
Wolfgang Gollner, majority owner of the Neusiedl<br />
am See Projektentwicklung GmbH, quite consciously<br />
bets on local, medium-sized enterprises for the<br />
construction of the “Am Hafen” project, not least due<br />
to his years-long experience and expertise in the property<br />
& building sector.<br />
Holiday domiciles are also being erected in Weiden<br />
am See, on the north-eastern shore. With private<br />
gardens, balconies and terraces, the 28 high-grade<br />
apartments and holiday homes ranging from 53 to<br />
88 square metres invite residents to relax on their<br />
own personal sundeck and spend quality time on the<br />
private beach with sunbathing lawn. Thanks to the<br />
French windows, the light-flooded rooms coalesce<br />
with the natural world outdoors.<br />
Attention golf fans<br />
The middle of May will mark the launch of the<br />
new Linsberg-Lanzenkirchen premium golf course,<br />
operated by GC Föhrenwald. It is located on a<br />
17,000-square-metre bathing lake, where the Bauen<br />
& Wohnen construction group is realising this exclusive<br />
Golf Village in close proximity to the water, spotless<br />
golf lawns and using state-of-the-heart home<br />
tech. The lake villas and bungalows with unobstructed<br />
views of the golf course and the lake are already<br />
partly occupied, the completion of all remaining buildings<br />
using solid-brick construction is planned for<br />
summer 2<strong>02</strong>0. Furthermore, additional apartments<br />
are being built along the third course at the GC Linsberg<br />
golf club as part of the next construction phase,<br />
which will be ready for occupancy in late autumn<br />
2<strong>02</strong>0 and summer 2<strong>02</strong>1.<br />
