____ A bushy and thick growing cultivar from L. ´Scarletta´; juvenile<br />

branches are magenta turning bronze to reddish grey; leaves<br />

evergreen, leathery, narrow and elliptical, 4 to 8 cm long, 1 to<br />

1.7 cm wide, undersides purplish pink, otherwise dark green<br />

and shiny, turning deep magenta in autumn and winter as a result<br />

of the low temperatures; flowers white, narrow and ovate, 8<br />

mm long borne on 2 to 7 cm long inflorescences in May/June.<br />

An exceptionally attractive and compact plant, very suitable for<br />

pot and container growing, equally versatile and attractive for<br />
